Trianon 100 - Bleeding Hungary; Remembering Hungary 1-2.

Osiris Publishing House publishes a three-volume Trianon anthology for the 100th anniversary of the signing of the Trianon Peace Edict: Volume 1: Dezső Kosztolányi ed.: Vérző Magyarország (co-publisher Petőfi Literary Museum) Volumes 2 and 3: János Gyurgyák ed.: Emléző Magyarország. The book is literary in nature, i.e. it contains a mixture of poems, short stories, excerpts from novels and conversational prose from Kosztolányi to Márai, from Károly Kós to Rezső Peéry, from Lőrinc Szabó to Gyula Illyés, from Krúdy to Sándor Csoóri, from Gyula Juhász to Sándor Reményik, from László Németh to István Bibó, from Zsófia Balla to László Darvasi. The book concludes with János Gyurgyák's study entitled Our Trianon dilemmas. The three volumes, complete with an 8-item map appendix, are presented in a sophisticated gift box.
