Once again from the tower of Paris

This volume brings together the best of the recent work of a political journalist living half in Paris, half in Budapest and in his seventy-fifth year of life in 2002. Kende tries to face the problems raised by the current framework of social and political existence, their most elementary, deepest and most inaccessible aspects in this work, and to cope as much as is theoretically possible. In addition to contemporary historical analyzes, his remarks move on four major topics: communism - national community - democracy and republic; state; individual; moral. A number of the main parts of the book are built around these themes.
