Caflisch - The history of the legendary confectionery

The story of each individual and family fits organically into what we call history. It shapes the history of our city, adding value systems, the private sphere, the individual vision, through the spirit of the era, that make these careers exemplary. It is undeniable that Caflischok also belongs to this circle, appearing in our city during the most fertile period of civic development. What seized me in this extraordinary career was that, overcoming the frequent individual tragedies, they were able to survive for many decades as the most popular, nationally renowned business in Pécs without sacrificing personal sacrifice. I was also able to learn about a whole new field, taking a pleasant trip into the world of sweet scents and delicious flavors. Also realizing how strong perseverance it took for these scents and flavors to be truly sweet and delicious. For me, in addition to all this, it is not only the history of a confectionery, a city or a family that is an unusual adventure, but a combination of all this.
