The T-72 tank

The latest volume in Zrínyi Publishing's recently re-launched series Military Technology for Young People presents the legendary Soviet tank type, also referred to as the "racing fortress". Richly illustrated with pictures and illustrations, the publication also provides an overview of the history of the tank weaponry, the road to its T-72, including its predecessor types and variants, and its structural design. It deals with the use of tanks in a separate chapter, and even covers the combat experience gained with the T-72s, and then presents the type's "career" in Hungary and its possible future role.
